Facilities, value for money, location. The room spacious and it has big window. They have aromatherapy in the room. Sheets and towels clean.

The hotel has several facilities for the kids and it's awesome!! Swimming pool is compulsory for the kids but other outdoor facilities such as archery, atv, soccer field, trampoline, hobbit-house, playground and also indoor facility-kids club, will indulge your kids. Meanwhile for adult, trecking, cycling or gym may be the best option to get while you stay in this hotel. We do believe that the hotel has conducted very best effort to make guest's experience more comfort and enjoyable in the midst of this pandemic by disinfecting the room (sealed with the sticker) and also by providing hand-sanitizer on several public facilities. The process both for check-in and check-out were pretty fast. Well done!!

Location is just in a walking distance to the SICC, the concert's venue, which is the main purpose of visiting Sentul on that day.. The staffs were also helpful and kind, and even let us to check in early.. really appreciate that

All in all it was very good. I like the view, the pool and the room. The staff was nice. We got early check-in, and we got a double room that we requested. We wanted to stay in the hotel longer.

Playing ground for kid are various and the meal was delicious. The staff was hospitable and we could early check in on this hotel without any additional charge. The swimming pool was large and there are a kid's club there.

Good location for getting out in Sentul, large comfortable rooms with great AC and a good choice of TV channels. Well equipped and maintained room and bathroom.

The facilities to children... I love it! Trampoline, soccer field. Play ground.. Traditional game from Indonesia..
